Pete and the Natural House team did a superb job on my old farmhouse, demolishing and rebuilding the kitchen, replacing the roof, and restoring the shed to working order. From the start, Pete’s expert problem-solving and creative thinking, along with his reliable, highly-skilled crew, allowed me to dream up and execute a project that was completed on-time and on-budget. He was particularly skillful and imaginative with salvaging and reusing a lot of the original materials (the windows he built from old beams are amazing). Pete’s careful, daily explain-and -plan sessions at every stage of the build kept my confidence and morale up, especially through some spectacularly rainy weeks. Invoicing, time sheets and sub-contracting were all handled accurately and professionally. Pete also had a great instinct for what jobs I could handle, and patiently showed me how to make myself useful.
